1Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the inak918 website accessible via inak918.one, including all pages, services and features offered within it.
• "Player" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the inak918 platform.
• "inak918" refers to the operator of this platform, which operates under international licensing.
• "Real Money" refers to Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) or cryptocurrency held in a player's account for wagering purposes.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free funds or additional benefits offered by inak918 to players.
• "Terms" refers to this entire Terms and Conditions document together with any additions or amendments updated from time to time.

2Account Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of the inak918 platform is restricted to individuals who have reached the age of 21 and above. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be waived. inak918 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and any player account found not meeting this requirement will be terminated immediately.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is only permitted to hold one active account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or device information, is strictly prohibited. inak918 uses advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any breach of this rule will result in all associated accounts being frozen and the balances within them forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

Players are required to provide accurate, complete and current information upon registration. This includes full name as per identity card (MyKad), mobile phone number, email address and bank account or e-wallet details. inak918 reserves the right to verify the validity of this information before processing any withdrawal.

2.4 Password Security

Players are fully responsible for keeping their password and login details confidential. 3Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Payment Methods

inak918 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is also set at RM50 per request. Requests below these minimum amounts will not be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after the request is confirmed. This timeframe may vary depending on the payment provider and verification requirements. inak918 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party factors.

3.4 Identity Verification

inak918 reserves the right to request player identity verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits. 4Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New inak918 members are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 100% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount before any withdrawal from the bonus funds can be made.

Calculation example:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Account balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 10 = RM1,000
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM500 (maximum cap) → Account balance RM1,700 → Wagering requirement: RM500 × 10 = RM5,000

4.2 VIP Programme

Active inak918 members are eligible to join the VIP programme, which consists of three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate — Bronze up to 0.4%, Silver up to 0.8%, and Gold up to 1.2%. Progression to a higher tier depends on the player's betting activity over time.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each player is only eligible to claim each type of bonus once unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.
• inak918 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus at any time for reasonable cause.
• Any attempt to misuse promotions will result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

5Game Rules

5.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the inak918 platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, 4D lottery and online poker — are run using verified software and employ a random number generator (RNG) certified by an independent body to ensure fair play.

5.2 Final Results

The outcome of all games is final and binding. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, inak918's server records will be used as conclusive evidence. Players accept that the transaction and game records kept by inak918 are accurate and valid.

5.3 Technical Failures

inak918 bears no liability for losses arising from technical disruptions, internet connection failures or issues with a player's device. In the event of an inak918 server failure, all affected bets will be voided and funds returned to the player's account.

6Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the inak918 platform:

• Hacking, software manipulation or any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Use of automated software (bots), scripts or third-party tools to play or place bets.
• Fraud in any form, including money laundering through the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Registering an account using another person's identity or false information.
• Attempting to evade duplicate account detection systems using VPNs, proxy servers or other methods.
• Spreading false information or deliberately damaging the reputation of inak918.

7inak918 Liability Limits

inak918 will not be held responsible under any circumstances for indirect, incidental or consequential losses or damages suffered by players, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from legitimate game outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond inak918's control such as natural disasters, internet infrastructure failures or directives from authorities.
• Losses arising from the use of information obtained from sources outside the inak918 platform.
• Any damage to a player's device arising from use of the platform.

inak918's total liability to a player under any circumstances will not exceed the amount of money in the player's account at the time of the incident.

8Account Termination and Suspension

8.1 Termination by Player

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the inak918 support team via live chat or email. Any valid account balance will be returned to the player after all applicable wagering conditions have been met and identity verification has been completed.

8.2 Suspension by inak918

inak918 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player's account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause, including suspected fraud, breach of terms, or legal compliance requirements. In such cases, the account balance may be withheld while an investigation is conducted.

8.3 Self-Exclusion
